Fellowship Application Fee

This is the non-refundable fee for IADMS members who are submitting an application for Fellowship. You must be signed in as an IADMS member in order to pay this fee.

After payment, please save a copy of the receipt in electronic format (e.g., print to PDF) and email it to the profdevelopment.recognition@iadms.org.
